On Camera, Tamil Nadu Pastor Separates After Test Office Assaults

The ED on Tuesday attacked the premises Mr Balaji regarding the test. Following the attack, the ED took Mr Balaji for addressing which went on for 18 hours.

Tamil Nadu Clergyman and DMK pioneer V Senthil Balaji separated in tears when he was being taken to an emergency clinic by the Implementation Directorate (ED) Wednesday morning. The clergyman was being addressed regarding a supposed illegal tax avoidance case.

The ED on Tuesday assaulted the premises Mr Balaji regarding the test. Following the assault, the ED took Mr Balaji for addressing which went on for 18 hours.

On Wednesday, the ED carried Mr Balaji to Omandurar government clinic in Chennai for a clinical assessment. The scene outside the clinic was one of extreme emotion. The DMK pioneer, brought to the clinic in an emergency vehicle, was seen lying in agony and crying inside the vehicle as his allies remained external yelling mottos against the test office.

DMK MP and legal advisor NR Elango said on Tuesday that Mr Balaji has been moved to the ICU of the medical clinic, adding that the ED has not authoritatively affirmed the capture.

"I saw him (Mr Balaji) when he was moved to ICU. Specialists are assessing his ailment. It is a technique when an individual says he has been attacked the specialist needs to note down every one of the wounds and will be aware in the wake of seeing the report. Formally we have not been educated (by ED) that he has been captured," Mr Elango said, as cited by news office ANI.

"Senthil Balaji is going through treatment," said Tamil Nadu Sports Clergyman and DMK Youth Wing boss Udhayanidhi Stalin "We will manage it lawfully. We are not terrified of the undermining legislative issues of the BJP-drove focal government."

Tamil Nadu Boss Clergyman MK Stalin hammered the BJP-drove focal government for the attacks on Mr Balaji and said the party is depending on "governmental issues of terrorizing".

The ED on Tuesday directed strikes at Mr Balaji's home, his office at the Tamil Nadu Secretariat and the premises of his sibling and a nearby helper in Karur locale. Boss Clergyman Stalin censured the hunts at the Secretariat, saying that the BJP's "governmental issues of undermining their political adversaries through indirect access strategies" won't work.

"BJP administration is ordering 'legislative issues of terrorizing'. BJP's offered to threaten through indirect access strategies like ED attacks won't work," Mr Stalin said as cited by news organization PTI.

Mr Stalin further said that leading a strike at the Secretariat is an infringement of the government design of the country. He said that it doesn't make any difference who was struck, yet rather that the strike was led in a state government office, flagging a reasonable endeavor by the focal government to meddle in the undertakings of a state government, which is contrary to the standards of federalism.

"It doesn't make any difference on whom the strike was led, however it is important where the attack was completed. Association Home Priest has seriously censured DMK in a public gathering in Vellore, and we gave legitimate counter-contention to every one of the claims. Leading a strike in the Secretariat is against the government structure," Mr Stalin said.

A local of Karur region, Mr Balaji is the Clergyman of Power, Restriction and Extract, and the Karur Area Secretary of the DMK.
